I spoke with an adviser a short time ago. The line was very poor which was not an issue caused by me as i was calling from a land line. I think he may have said there was some issue with his head set. As a result i had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I found that he was very rude, and inpatient to be quite honest. I was very patient on the other end and did not allow this to aggravate me. However that individual should have some training with dealing with people on the phone. I cant imagine how he would've responded if i had been as rude to him in return. Also he ended up giving me a website which didn't even have up to date contact details for the company.. nor did they when i finally got through to them, even provide the type of short term insurance i was looking for.

I always know when it comes to insurance and risk that Derek has our back. My business insurance needs were complex and Derek has been very diligent in ensuring the protection of my business.
